At Oasis Pavilion Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, our dedicated and skilled team collaborates closely with you, your loved ones, and your healthcare provider to develop a thorough and efficient care and treatment strategy. We provide compassionate and personal skilled care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We specialize in providing rehabilitation therapy services onsite to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes. We strive to provide an environment where residents and guests feel informed and comfortable. We offer a hair salon, religious services, and a full activity calendar to ensure our residents feel at home and engaged socially.
OUR SERVICES
Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our skilled nursing and long-term care units are managed by experienced nurses and an on-site medical director.
Our long-term care rooms are comfortable and equippd with cable tv, compimentary WiFi, telephone hookups, showers, and more!
Our experienced rehabilitation team provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We work to empower residents, through individualized programs, to reach goals of increased independence and ability.
Feel your best with our salon services like haircuts, manicures or pedicures, facial trims or waxing. Our licensed cosmetologist is ready for your next appointment!
Our residents enjoy three delicious, well-balanced meals served daily that feature a variety of menu choices with snacks available throughout the day.
